Soup with Noodles in a Slow ooker

A simple idea for a delicious and hearty lunch or dinner is this recipe for making noodle soup in a slow cooker. It turns out to be quite light, but at the same time nutritious and tasty.

Ingredients
- Chicken drumstick – 2 Pieces
- Noodles – 80 Grams
- Carrots – 1 Piece
- Onions – 0.5 Pieces
- Water – 1.2 Liters
- Fresh greens – 30 grams
- Spices – To taste
- Salt – To taste
Directions
- Peel the onions and cut them into small cubes, put them in the multicooker bowl.
- We also peel the carrots and chop finely or three on a coarse grater, add to the onion.
- In this soup, you can use any parts of the chicken, but in my case it was drumsticks. We wash them under cold water and remove the skin, put them in a slow cooker with the rest of the ingredients.
- Now pour in water, salt and add spices to taste, mix everything.
- Now we put the bowl in the multicooker, close the lid and set the “Soup” mode for an hour.
- In the meantime, wash the fresh herbs and chop them finely.
- When 15-20 minutes remain until the end of the program, we open the lid, add noodles and chopped herbs to the soup, mix and close the lid.
- When the soup is ready, the multicooker will beep.
- Pour the ready-made soup into plates and serve.
