Soup “Meat Solyanka” in a Slow Cooker

Meat hodgepodge in a slow cooker, with smoked meats, vegetables, mushrooms.


  • Smoked sausages – 70 g
  • Smoked brisket – 70 g
  • Pickled cucumbers – 60 g
  • Cucumber pickle – to taste
  • Olives – 50 g
  • Olives – 50 g
  • Bulgarian yellow pepper – 100 g
  • Champignons – 60 g
  • Tomato paste – 50 g
  • Tomatoes in their own juice – 50 g
  • Sun-dried tomatoes – to taste
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Leeks to taste
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Fresh chili pepper – 25 g
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Thyme (fresh leaves) – to taste
  • Mix of 5 peppers – to taste
  • Italian herbs to taste
  • Salt (sea) – to taste
  • Greens to taste


  1. Cut smoked brisket and sausages, put in a slow cooker.
  2. Add chopped chili and leeks.
  3. Add chopped champignons, bell pepper, herbs and garlic.
  4. Add tomatoes in their own juice, olive oil, pickle pickle and 4 glasses of water.
  5. Season with sea salt, a mixture of 5 peppers and Italian herbs. Turn on the multicooker in the “Soup” mode (for 1 hour).
  6. The meat hodgepodge in a slow cooker is ready.
