French Meat in a Slow Cooker

Delicious meat dish – both for a festive and for a regular dinner. Preparing is extremely simple.

Cook: 1 hour 5 mins

Servings: 5

Ingredients

  • Pork cue ball – 500 g
  • Potatoes – 5 pieces
  • Large onion – 1 pc.
  • Soy sauce – 2 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons
  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Sunflower oil – 3 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. We cut the meat into slices, beat off like on cue ball.
  2. We marinate: salt, pepper, seasonings for meat, sunflower oil (1 tbsp).
  3. We cut the onion – into rings, half rings, as you like. We also cut potatoes.
  4. Pour oil on the bottom of the container, put onion in the first layer, then meat, onion again on top, grease with mayonnaise.
  5. We put potatoes on top. Pour soy sauce.
  6. We set the “FURNACE” mode to 1:05. We leave the last five minutes to fill in the grated cheese with dill.
