- 750 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g carrot (s)
- 100 g noodles (soup), or rice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Paprika powder
- salt and pepper
- garlic
- Curry powder

- Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces as desired.
- Add the vegetable stock and the carrots to the saucepan and heat. When the water is boiling, add the soup noodles or rice. Cook until vegetables and pasta are cooked through. Season to taste with the spices.
