Ingredients
- 1 liter buttermilk
- 100 g pasta (e.. fusilli)
- sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack custard powder (vanilla)

- Bring the buttermilk with the noodles and sugar to the boil over a low flame, stirring constantly. Mix the pudding powder with a little cold water and add to the boiling soup while stirring. Serve warm or cold to taste.
- Tip: You can also replace the noodles with rice pudding or - when the soup is ready - add semolina dumplings.
