- 20 g butter
- 1 liter buttermilk
- salt
- dill

- Bread (e) (black bread)

- Prepare a light roux, bring to the boil with buttermilk and season with salt. Serve over finely chopped dill, chives and roasted black bread slices.
- Sweetened variant: Fry semolina with butter and cook with buttermilk. Mix with currants and sugar as desired.
