Ingredients
- 1 kg quark, lean
- 500 ml sour cream
- 2 glasses sour cherries
- Sugar to taste
- 6 piece (s) chocolate bar, finely chopped (duplo)
- 3 meringues, (not too big)
- Whipped cream (not absolutely necessary, just to refine)
- Lemon juice to taste

- Whip the quark and sour cream (alternatively yoghurt) well. Drain and fold in the cherries. Season to taste with sugar and a little lemon juice. Add the juice of the cherries until the desired consistency is achieved.
- Chop the chocolate bars (Duplo) in the food processor (still slightly lumpy) and fold in (alternatively, chocolate flakes or crumble).
- Let it steep a little (approx. 1/2 hour) and put in a cool place. Crumble and fold in the meringues just before serving.
- With whipped cream the whole thing is of course looser, but also richer in calories. I always leave them out.
