Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 vegetable onion (s), finely diced
  • 2 packs processed herb cheese, approx. 400 g
  • 2 packs herbal cream cheese, approx. 400 g
  • 4 carrot (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s), finely diced
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • 1 pack garden herbs, frozen
  • Broth, hot
  • 500 g spaetzle

Instructions

  1. Fry the spaetzle or heat it in boiling water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Make the meat broth. Heat the oil in the pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder. The
  3. Add the carrots and fry briefly. Add the cream and processed cheese and stir well. Add some meat stock for a creamy consistency. Stir in the herbs.
  4. Drain the spaetzle to taste and fold into the sauce. Serve immediately and garnish with herbs if necessary.
