Ingredients

  • 400 g spahetti
  • salt
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • Herbs, Italian, mixed
  • pepper
  • 150 g peas (frozen)
  • butter
  • 200 g mozzarella
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 2 egg (s)
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 20 g butter, cut into flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in salted water. Fry the chopped onion and the squeezed garlic in oil until translucent. Add the minced meat, herbs and peas, season with salt and pepper. Whisk the cream, eggs and paprika and season with salt. Cut the mozzarella into cubes.
  2. Layer half of the pasta, half of the mozzarella, the entire minced meat mixture, the rest of the pasta, the rest of the mozzarella and the egg-cream mixture in a lightly greased casserole dish. Spread a few flakes of butter over it. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil towards the end.
