Ingredients
- 250 g spahetti
- Salt water
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 chilli pepper (s) or
- Chilli powder
- 400 g shrimp (s)
- 200 g rocket
- liter ⅛ white wine
- 1 can tomato (s), peeled
- 1 packet tomato (s), happened
- 0.5 ½ lemon (n)
- Parmesan, freshly grated
- salt and pepper
- Herbs, fresh
- Spice mix for vegetables
- Olive oil, good

- First marinate the prawns with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and vegetable spices and let them thaw. Cook the spaghetti al dente in salted water.
- Heat some olive oil in a pan, sauté the finely chopped onion and chopped garlic. Deglaze with white wine. Stir in the peeled tomatoes, if they are a little reduced, add the pureed tomatoes.
- Add some pasta water to the sauce. Season with lemon juice, chilli, salt, pepper and herbs and let reduce. Fry the marinated prawns in a pan.
- Then mix the spaghetti into the sauce, serve with rocket and the fried prawns. Refine with freshly grated parmesan.
