Ingredients

  • 250 g spahetti
  • 400 g turkey breast, cooked
  • 100 g cheese (Emmentaler)
  • 2 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 bunch radishes
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 1 cup yogurt, lean
  • 3 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • salt
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet
  • Chives, rolls

Instructions

  1. Break the spaghetti 1-2 times, add to the boiling salted water, cook for 10-12 minutes and rinse in a colander with cold water.
  2. Cut the turkey breast into strips of the same thickness and the cheese into thin sticks. Halve the peppers, wash, dry and cut into strips.
  3. Wash, dry and slice the radishes. Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into eighths. Peel the eggs and cut them into slices. Mix everything loosely in a bowl.
  4. Mix the creme fraiche, yoghurt, tomato ketchup, Tabasco, vinegar, salt and paprika powder well and use it to dress the salad. Finally, sprinkle the chives on top.
