Onions – 150 g
Cream 10-15% – 250 ml

Let’s prepare the products.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into small pieces or cubes.
Fry the onion in a pan with vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, until transparent.
Then put the mushrooms in a pan with onions.
Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. At this time, add salt and pepper.
The liquid should completely evaporate.
Add cream.
While stirring, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
Cooking spaghetti. Bring 1.7 liters of water to a boil, add some salt (1.5 teaspoon). Put the spaghetti vertically in a pot of water, making a fan. We wait a couple of seconds and completely immerse the spaghetti in the water.
