Spaghetti with Mushrooms in a Creamy Sauce

In this dish, a delicate and aromatic mushroom sauce with soft creamy notes goes well with spaghetti. It will take you very little time to cook spaghetti with mushrooms in a creamy sauce, and the result is a delicious and satisfying dinner.

Ingredients

  • Spaghetti – 200 g
  • Mushrooms (champignons) – 300 g
  • Onions – 150 g
  • Cream 10-15% – 250 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 30 ml

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the products.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  3. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces or cubes.
  4. Fry the onion in a pan with vegetable oil for about 3 minutes, until transparent.
  5. Then put the mushrooms in a pan with onions.
  6. Fry the mushrooms for about 10 minutes. At this time, add salt and pepper.
  7. The liquid should completely evaporate.
  8. Add cream.
  9. While stirring, bring to a boil, then remove from heat.
  10. Cooking spaghetti. Bring 1.7 liters of water to a boil, add some salt (1.5 teaspoon). Put the spaghetti vertically in a pot of water, making a fan. We wait a couple of seconds and completely immerse the spaghetti in the water.
  11. Boil the spaghetti until cooked for about 10 minutes, then drain the water.
  12. Put the spaghetti on a plate, and on top there is a creamy sauce with mushrooms.
