Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta (spahetti)
  • 200 g salmon (smoked salmon)
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • butter
  • 2 tablespoon chervil, chopped, possibly dried, or leek julienne
  • salt
  • possibly pepper, from the mill

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions. Cut the smoked salmon into fine strips and heat in the cream, do not boil. Drain the spaghetti and add a little butter. Add the chervil to the salmon cream, let it steep for a moment and fold the sauce into the spaghetti. Serve immediately.
  2. If you like, you can grind some coarse pepper from the mill over it. Also suitable as a starter, then it is enough for 8 servings.
