Ingredients

  • 1 slice (s) toast bread
  • 20 g cooked ham or shrimp
  • 4 olives filled with peppers
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread and quarter it diagonally. Cut the olives into small slices, dice the ham, mix both with cheese and parsley and spread on the toasters.
  2. Bake under the grill or at 250 degrees (gas mark 5) until the cheese has melted.
