Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg spare ribs

For the marinade:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon mustard (Dijon mustard)
  • 3 tablespoon honey
  • 1 lemon (s), including the juice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar, brown
  • Tabasco
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the spare ribs into portions and lay them flat. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Mix the olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice, sugar, garlic and a few tips of Tabasco to a marinade. Pour the marinade over the spare ribs and marinate covered for 3 hours.
  2. Grill the spare ribs for 20 to 30 minutes at not too high a heat. Turn and brush with the rest of the marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with baked potatos and sour cream.
