Ingredients

  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
  • 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
  • 250 ml sparkling wine
  • 200 ml cream
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Drain the can of pineapple and collect the juice.
  2. Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet - but instead of using milk, use 250 ml of sparkling wine and pineapple juice each. Put the pineapple pieces in a bowl and pour the cooked pudding over them. Let the whole thing cool down.
  3. When the pudding has cooled down well, whip the cream until stiff, fold in and serve.
