Ingredients
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
- 1 can pineapple, cut into pieces
- 250 ml sparkling wine
- 200 ml cream
- 3 tablespoon sugar

- Drain the can of pineapple and collect the juice.
- Cook the pudding according to the instructions on the packet - but instead of using milk, use 250 ml of sparkling wine and pineapple juice each. Put the pineapple pieces in a bowl and pour the cooked pudding over them. Let the whole thing cool down.
- When the pudding has cooled down well, whip the cream until stiff, fold in and serve.
