- 3 egg (s)
- 20 g ham, smoked, diced
- Feta cheese
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- some pepper
- some Milk
- Paprika powder

- Beat the eggs in a saucepan. Add some milk and the ham. Break the feta cheese into pieces and add them as well. Finally, season with a pinch of salt, a little pepper and a little paprika and whisk thoroughly.
- Put some fat in a pan, heat it and finally pour the mixture into the pan. Let stand for 1-2 minutes without stirring. Then fry for another 3-4 minutes, until the eggs are golden brown. Turn and stir every now and then.
