Ingredients

  • 250 ml malt beer
  • 3 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 g low-fat quark
  • 200 g spelled flour (type 630)
  • 300 g wheat flour (type 550)
  • 100 g spelled flakes, coarse
  • 1 pack dry yeast
  • some malt beer to brush on
  • Sesame or sunflower seeds or poppy seeds for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the BBA in the order listed and make the dough using the dough program.
  2. Then shape about 10 rolls out of the dough, cut them crosswise, brush with malt beer and sprinkle with grains as desired.
