  • 300 g spelled flour type 630
  • 2 egg (s)
  • some milk, 2 - 3 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • Kernels for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Recipe for 9 rolls:
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Portion the dough with 2 tablespoons on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top and bottom heat for about 20 - 25 minutes.
  4. The rolls are really nice and fluffy. Personally, I like it best coated with almond butter and strawberry jam. Simply heavenly!
