Spicy Bean Vegetables with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- 500 g beans (French beans)
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 0.5 ½ chilli pepper (s), red
- 2 tomato (s)
- 0.5 liter ½ vegetable stock
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 0.5 ½ pack sheep`s cheese
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder, hot

- Wash the beans, cut the ends and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel and dice the onions, finely chop the garlic and chilli. Scald tomatoes with hot water, peel, remove seeds and dice.
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan, do not sweat the onions, garlic and chilli too much. Add beans and fry briefly. Add diced tomatoes and fill with vegetable stock until everything is lightly covered. Simmer over medium heat.
- Dice the sheep`s cheese.
- After about 10 minutes or when the beans are still firm to the bite, set the temperature very low and add sour cream and sheep`s cheese. Stop boiling to prevent the sour cream from flaking.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Tip: Most of the ingredients are also available cheaply at discount stores. If you feel like it, you can add even more flavor with fresh herbs - oregano goes well with the Mediterranean taste.
- Good with: lamb steaks, baked potatoes or rice.
