Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g ham, cooked, diced
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), diced
  • 1 can (s) mushrooms
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 2 rolls soaked in water
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 200 g bacon, very thin slices
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly garlic, fresher
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat, ham, cheese, mushrooms, eggs, the squeezed out rolls and the onion cut into cubes and season to taste with spices.
  2. Brush a springform tin with a little oil and line it with the bacon (also cover the edge of the tin). Fill the minced meat mixture into the tin and put it in the oven at approx. 160 ° C for about 1 1/2 hours. I cover the shape in between with aluminum foil so that the cake doesn`t get too dark. When the cake is ready, it is best to place the springform pan on a baking sheet with a rim and carefully loosen the ring. DANGER!!! LOTS OF HOT LIQUID IS RUNNING OUT !!! Now turn the minced meat cake out onto the platter and cut into pieces.
  3. It goes well with white bread and a mixed salad.
