Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 0.5 tablespoon ½ balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon, heaped mustard
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 0.5 clove ½ garlic, pressed
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) sugar, to taste and depending on the sweetness the balsamic vinegar

- Mix lemon juice with red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar and mustard. Add salt. Press the garlic, stir in, add the mustard and the sugar. Finally stir in the olive oil. Season to taste with pepper.
- Makes a spicy salad dressing that is very refreshing thanks to the lemon juice. Tastes particularly good with colorful salads, I always use green lettuce, tomatoes and chopped mushrooms.
