Ingredients

  • 600 g spinach leaves, frozen
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 0.5 ½ mug Dr. Oetker crème légère (75g)

  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 50 g butter or mararine
  • 50 g wheat flour
  • 300 ml milk
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 ½ cup Dr. Oetker crème légère (225g)
  • 400 g sheep cheese
  • 225 g lasane sheets, without pre-cookin
  • 30 g pine nuts

Instructions

Add unthawed spinach and water and thaw the spinach over low heat with the lid on. Add 75 g of crème légère and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Clean the mushrooms and cut them in slices.
