Ingredients
- 500 g spinach leaves
- 4 medium egg (s)
- 5 tablespoon flour
- 2 teaspoons, leveled salt
- milk
- nutmeg
- butter, or lard

- Wash the spinach and cut into small pieces.
- Mix the eggs, flour, salt, milk and nutmeg into a batter, add the spinach.
- Bake in portions with butter OR lard on both sides in a hot pan.
- A tomato sauce can be served with it, but it is not a must.
