Ingredients
- 450 g creamed spinach, (1 frozen pack)
- 2 egg (s)
- 200 g cheese, rated
- 200 g cream cheese, with herbs
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 0.5 tube ½ tomato paste
- salt and pepper

- Whisk the spinach with the 2 eggs and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, sprinkle the grated cheese on the spinach.
- Bake at 180 ° for 20 minutes (or 200 ° top and bottom heat).
- Let cool down completely.
- In the meantime, sauté the finely chopped onion with the chopped garlic in a saucepan. Add the tomato paste and feta - remove from heat. Mash everything well with a potato masher - season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Once the spinach and cheese platter has cooled down well, brush with the herb cream cheese. Then carefully spread the tomato and feta mix on the cream cheese - the tomato mixture is quite tough and mixes a little with the cream cheese - but it doesn`t matter.
- Now roll everything up lengthways (thanks to the baking paper it works very well - just loosen something at the edge and then roll it carefully with the help of the paper)
- When the roll is ready, wrap it well in aluminum foil and put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
- Cut the finished roll into about 1.5 cm thick slices and arrange on a plate.
- The finished slices hold very well and are even suitable as finger food. The spinach roll is very popular with my guests.
