Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 500 ml meat stock
  • 200 g pasta (spirelli, spirals)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • Maggi, No. 5

Instructions

  1. Steam the onion in the oil until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry. Deglaze with the broth. Add the mustard, spices and the noodles and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Stirring occasionally. When the liquid has boiled off, remove it from the hob and fold in the sour cream. Garnish with the parsley at the end.
  2. A cucumber salad tastes best with it.
