Spring Rolls With Salmon and Avocado

Rice paper rolls recipe with filling. No one will refuse to have a snack with warm spring rolls with salmon, Chinese cabbage, cheese and avocado. Such delicious and light food will be especially appreciated by the ladies.

Ingredients

  • Rice paper – 4 sheets
  • Peking cabbage – 80 g
  • Cream cheese – 4 tbsp
  • Lightly salted salmon – 30 g
  • Avocado – 0.5 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 30 g
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp

Directions

  1. Prepare foods for rice paper rolls with redfish and avocado. Wash cabbage and avocado. Fish and cheese can be bought already sliced.
  2. How to make spring rolls with salmon and avocado: Finely chop the cabbage, add a little salt and pepper.
  3. Cut lightly salted salmon into slices.
  4. Peel the avocado, remove the pit and cut into slices along the length of the fruit.
  5. Prepare water for soaking rice paper. This requires a plate with a dia larger than the dia of the sheets. Pour boiled water into a plate and lower a sheet of rice paper for literally 5-10 seconds. The paper should not be completely soft.
  6. Place the sheet on a wooden board moistened with water. The tree absorbs moisture well but remains moist. This prevents the rice paper from swelling much or sticking to the surface.
  7. Put 1-2 tablespoons of Chinese cabbage, 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, and 1-2 slices of avocado on the edge of the leaf.
  8. Add a few slices of salmon and a slice of cheese.
  9. Wrap the stuffed rice pancake in an envelope. Make sure that the spring rolls do not touch each other, they can stick and tear when separated.
  10. Quickly fry the spring rolls with salmon on both sides in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
  11. Once the cheese has floated, remove the rice paper rolls from the heat. If desired, you can fry harder, until golden brown.
  12. Serve warm salmon and avocado spring rolls for breakfast, or simply indulge yourself whenever you like.
