Squid with Sour Cream and Garlic

One of the easiest ways to cook squid is squid in sour cream sauce with garlic.

Ingredients
- Fresh squids – 250 g
- Sour cream – 50 g
- Garlic – 0.5-1 cloves
- Dill greens – 0.25 bunch
- Salt – 0.25 teaspoon
- Ground black pepper – 1 pinch
Directions
- Prepare products according to the recipe for squid in sour cream with garlic.
- Wash squid, pour over with boiling water, remove the skin.
- You can additionally cook in salted water for 5 minutes, fold
- Cut into strips.
- Peel the garlic, wash, chop finely.
- Wash dill greens, chop finely.
- Put squids, garlic, and dill in a frying pan, pour over sour cream, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stewed squid with sour cream and garlic are ready.
