Squid Stewed in Sour Cream

Squid in sour cream sauce cooks so quickly!

Servings: 3

Cook: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Squids, carcasses (thawed) – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 200 g
  • Flour – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Ground paprika – 1-2 teaspoon
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches (to taste)
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. Grate the defrosted squid carcasses with salt and peel.
  2. Wash squids and cut into rings or strips.
  3. Peel the onion and cut it into strips.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Put the onion and fry it over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for about 7 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the onion with flour and stir.
  6. Add sour cream and stir again. Boil.
  7. Put prepared squids in sour cream sauce. Stir, cover, and simmer the squid in sour cream for 5 minutes.
  8. Add paprika, stir and turn off.
  9. Squid stewed in sour cream is ready.
