Ingredients

  • 6 carrot (s)
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 5 potato (s)
  • 3 tablespoon parsley (frozen)
  • 1 handful ham, diced
  • 4 sausages (Mettenden)
  • 1 sausage, fresh
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 1 thick vegetable onion (s), diced

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut into cubes. Then fry the onions and ham. Add the broth and then the vegetables. Stir in the parsley and sour cream.
  2. Then cut the meatloaf into slices and add. Cut the sausage lengthways and form small balls out of the sausage and add to the pan. Cook everything until the vegetables are cooked through. In addition, I serve rolls or bread.
  3. The amount is enough for a large pot (not a huge party pot).
