Fish Baked in Sour Cream with Carrots

It is very simple and quick to prepare the main fish dish. If you want to be convinced of this – cook the fish in sour cream, with carrots and onions, in the oven. You don’t have to spend a lot of time, but a tasty and healthy meal will turn out to be great. In our case, for cooking fish baked in sour cream, we take pollock.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Fish fillet (pollock) – 4 pcs.
  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 300 g
  • Salt – 2 teaspoon
  • Pepper – 2 teaspoon

How to cook fish baked in sour cream with carrots:

Directions

  1. Cut the onion into half rings, rub the carrots.
  2. Salt, pepper sour cream, add carrots, mix.
  3. Put onion on a baking sheet, then fish. Put the carrots with sour cream on top of the fish. We bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve fish baked in sour cream with a side dish and enjoy!
