Red-Eyed Fish in Sour Cream

If you have never cooked red-eyed fish, then be sure to try it! It is a sea fish with tender, juicy, and dense meat. Let’s cook delicious fish in sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Red-eye fish – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Seasoning for fish – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

How to cook red-eye in sour cream:

Directions

  1. Cut the fish, prepare for further processing. Remove scales from the fish, cut off the head and fins.
  2. Peel the onion, wash and cut into half rings. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry the onion.
  3. While the onion is fried, cut the fish into portions.
  4. Place the fish in a deep bowl. Salt, add fish seasoning, and 2 tbsp of sour cream.
  5. Mix well and leave the fish in sour cream with spices for 10 minutes.
  6. After 10 minutes, put the pieces of fish with sour cream in a frying pan with the onion, mix, and cover. Cook fish in sour cream for 10 minutes over medium heat. Then turn the fish over and cook for another 10 minutes.
