Stacks of Cabbage

Stacks is a minced meat dish, which is complemented by a potato “fur coat” on top, but today we will replace it with cabbage. It turns out even tastier and juicier. Stacks of cabbage and cheese are cooked in the oven, suitable for a family or even a festive table. Such a dish will always help out: it turns out satisfying, and you don’t need a side dish, and it’s easy to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 400 g
  • White cabbage – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Boiled egg – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 150 g + 1 tablespoon.
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon. + for greasing parchment
  • Potatoes – 6 circles

Directions

  1. Cut fresh cabbage into strips.
  2. Cut one onion into cubes.
  3. Fry the onion lightly in a little vegetable oil.
  4. Then add cabbage to the onion. Salt, pepper and fry for 5-7 minutes so that the cabbage loses its volume, but remains crispy.
  5. When the cabbage has cooled slightly, rub the boiled eggs on a coarse grater, add 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of sour cream.
  6. Mix all ingredients of the filling thoroughly.
  7. Chop the onion with a blender or cut it very finely with a knife. Add onions to beef or any other minced meat. Salt and pepper.
  8. Mix and beat so that it keeps its shape, and the stacks do not fall apart in the oven.
  9. Divide the minced meat into 6 parts and beat each one again.
  10. Cover the baking sheet with parchment if desired, lightly grease with oil. We spread thin circles of potatoes.
  11. Lay the minced meat on top, forming flat cutlets. Slightly add bumpers.
  12. Put a tablespoon of cabbage filling with an egg into the depression.
  13. Rub the cheese on a fine grater.
  14. Generously fill the filling of cabbage and eggs with cheese.
  15. To prevent the cheese from burning during baking, grease the top of the stacks with sour cream. We send the minced meat dish to the oven.
  16. We bake the stacks at 180 degrees until the minced meat is ready, it takes about 40-50 minutes.
  17. Stacks of minced meat with cabbage and cheese are ready. You can serve.
