Ingredients

  • 8 small kohlrabi
  • little vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 6 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • parsley
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Clean the kohlrabi and sauté in a little vegetable stock. Add the butter at the end.
  2. Roast the breadcrumbs in a pan, add the kohlrabi, sprinkle generously with parsley and roast a little together in the pan (until it gets crispy). Serve with sour cream.
