  • 65 g suar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 125 g butter or mararine
  • Jelly (fruit, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a shortcrust pastry from the ingredients and refrigerate - preferably overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven to max. 175 ° C.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls (cherry size) and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. With a flour-dusted wooden spoon handle (you can also use your little finger dipped in flour), make a recess in each bead and add some jelly.
  4. Bake the dimples for about 10-12 minutes.
  5. Makes about 25 cookies.
