Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 4 tablespoon crème fraîche
  • 4 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 bunch chives, cut into fine rolls
  • 1 garlic clove (s), Chinese, some garlic granules pressed through
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly mineral water
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the ingredients together and let them steep in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. Tastes good with jacket potatoes, oven-baked potatoes and potato wedges.
  3. But also with potato pancakes with salmon.
