Ingredients

  • 3 apples, sour
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • vanilla sugar
  • 1 cup yogurt, (skimmed yogurt)
  • 1 dash sweet cream

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples, cut into wedges, drizzle with lemon juice and place in a saucepan.
  2. Pour in the apple juice, refine with cinnamon powder and vanilla sugar and steam the apple wedges in it.
  3. In the meantime, stir the skimmed yoghurt with the cream until smooth, refine with cinnamon powder, vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Arrange the apple wedges decoratively, pour the yoghurt over them,
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.
