Ingredients
- 50 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g rye flour type 1150
- 200 g wheat flour type 1050
- 200 g wheat flour type 550
- 0.5 ½ cube yeast
- 11 g sea salt
- 0.4 teaspoon butter
- 500 ml buttermilk
