Stew in a Pressure Cooker

In order to get tender meat, of course, it would be better to stew it. Better yet, I’ll show you how to cook a stew in a pressure cooker. I made this dish from beef.

Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • Beef – 1 Kilogram
  • Onions – 12 Pieces
  • Garlic – 7 Pieces
  • Black peppercorns – 6 Pieces
  • Chili Pepper – 3 Pieces
  • Juniper – 5 Pieces
  • Bay leaf – 3 pieces
  • Rosemary – To taste
  • Salt – To taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3 Tbsp. spoons

Directions

  1. Wash the beef, remove the veins, cut the meat into medium pieces. Grease a skillet with oil, fry the meat on it for a couple of minutes on each side.
  2. Peel the garlic and onion. Chop them coarsely, or do not cut them at all and fry them in the same pan, removing the pieces of meat.
  3. Now transfer the ingredients to the pressure cooker. Lay a sprig of rosemary, pepper, bay leaf, salt, juniper on top. Fill everything with water and put on high heat. As the dish boils, reduce heat and continue cooking.
  4. Simmer the dish for 35 minutes, then serve hot with herbs.
