  • Tomatoes – 400 g
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Onions – 120 g
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Parsley and dill
  • Bavarian sausages – 500 g

    3. Peel and finely chop the onion. Pepper seeds and cut into cubes. Grate the tomatoes until the skin.
    4. Chop the cabbage finely. You don’t need to shake it with your hands; in the process of stewing, the cabbage will itself let the juice out.
    5. Fry the onion in hot oil. As soon as the onion starts to golden, add the pepper. Fry, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes.
    6. Place the cabbage in a skillet, reduce heat to medium and simmer the cabbage, covered, for 10 minutes. Then add the tomatoes, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.
    7. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. At the end, sprinkle the stewed red cabbage with chopped herbs.
    8. Fry the Bavarian sausages on the grill or in a pan.
