Ingredients

  • 2 red and yellow pepper (s)
  • 2 zucchini
  • 200 g peas (cracklin peas) or suar snap peas
  • 480 g turkey meat
  • 240 g basmati rice
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • Vegeta
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 small mango (s)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the peppers and zucchini into strips. Halve the snap peas, cut the mango and turkey meat into cubes. Season the meat, brown in oil, remove from the pan and set aside. In the same pan, fry the paprika and zucchini, deglaze with the stock and simmer for about 8 minutes. Briefly boil the cracked peas. Fold in the rice and mango, season to taste and heat.
