  • 125 g quark
  • 1 packet custard powder, vanilla
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 50 g almond (s), round
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 3 tablespoon apricot jam
  • 25 g pistachios, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place 4 sheets of puff pastry next to each other, defrost. Separate egg. Lightly whisk the egg whites. Mix the egg yolks, quark, custard powder and sugar together. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C. Roll out the pastry sheets lightly and sprinkle with almonds. Spread the quark mixture on top. Chop the strawberries into small pieces, spread over the curd mixture. Brush the edges with egg white, fold the plates together. Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes. Spread the jam on, sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
