Strawberry Biscuit

Strawberry biscuit according to this recipe turns out to be unusual in taste. The structure of the pie is tender, but not too airy.

Ingredients

  • Strawberries – 80 g (3-4 tablespoons of strawberry puree)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 2-3 tbsp (60 g)
  • Flour – 5-6 tbsp (125 g)
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 teaspoon
    (or vanillin – on the tip of a knife)
  • Soda – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Prepare the required ingredients.
    Use a blender to puree the strawberries.
  2. Separate the egg white from the yolk.
  3. Beat the protein for 1-2 minutes at medium mixer speed.
  4. Grind the yolk with sugar and vanilla sugar or vanilla. Add to whipped egg white. (I did not grind the yolk separately, but immediately added it along with sugar to a bowl of protein.) Beat everything again for a minute.
  5. Add 2 tablespoon. tablespoons of strawberry puree (1-2 tablespoons leave to grease the finished biscuit).
  6. Add vinegar slaked soda.
  7. Mix.
  8. Add sifted flour. Stir the dough.
  9. Put the dough in a silicone mold and send it to the oven, preheated to 190 degrees. Bake the strawberry sponge cake for about 30 minutes.
  10. Cool the finished strawberry pie and brush over the remaining strawberry puree.
