Ingredients
- 100 g dark chocolate (70%)
- 100 g suar
- 100 g almonds, round
- 100 g butter
- meringue
- 500 g strawberries
- 250 g whipped cream
- 250 g quark, also low-fat quark possible
- 0.25 ¼ pack baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- Fat for the shape

- Preheat the oven to 160 degrees circulating air.
- For the dough:
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath so that small pieces of whole chocolate remain. Mix the sugar with the almonds, the eggs and the baking powder and half a packet of vanilla sugar and a small pinch of salt and add the butter and chocolate mixture. Put the finished mixture in a normal (26cm), lightly greased springform pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the cream with the other half a packet of vanilla sugar and whip until stiff. Then stir in the quark. Cut the strawberries into small pieces and carefully stir in the cream and quark mixture.
- Take the finished cake out of the oven and let it cool down slightly (leave it in the springform pan!).
- Then spread the strawberries with the quark-cream mixture on the cake and add the meringue, broken into pieces, as desired.
- Let the cake cool well in the pan!
