  • 8 large mushrooms
  • 200 g oat cheese
  • 8 teaspoons honey, more liquid
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 bunch thyme

Instructions

  1. Smear an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems and place in the mold with the opening facing up. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Divide the goat cheese into 8 portions and pour into the mushrooms. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with thyme leaves.
  3. Bake the mushrooms in the oven at 150 ° C for about 20 minutes.
