- 14 large mushrooms
- 30 medium scampi
- 1 medium onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon sweet cream
- 100 g cheese, rated (Mancheo)

- Clean the mushrooms and unscrew the stems and set aside.
- Chop the onion, garlic, 16 scampi and the mushroom stalks very small. Heat the oil in a pan and fry everything briefly in it. Add the crème fraîche and cream and stir well. Stir in the Manchego and let everything boil down for about 2 minutes, then season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out mushrooms.
- Quickly fry 14 scampi in a hot pan. Place the mushrooms in a greased baking dish and place a fried scampi on each. Place in the preheated oven at 150 degrees for 5 minutes.
