Ingredients

For the dough: (meat dough)

  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons breadcrumbs
  • 150 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, mild or hot
  • 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Moreover:

  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 200 g cheese, Harz cheese or sheep cheese, to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the ingredients for the dough well and let it rest for approx. 30 minutes. Then shape a steak weighing approx. 200 g and press flat with your hand. Place the sliced cheese on one side and fold it up.
  2. Now bring something into shape and put it on the preheated grill. Grill each side for about 10 minutes.
  3. Serve with ajvar and chopped onions.
