Ingredients

  • 1 medium iceberg lettuce

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pinch (s) pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the head of lettuce, quarter the head and cut into slices about 1 cm in size. Put the chopped lettuce in a large salad bowl.
  2. Pour the ingredients for the dressing into a separate bowl or shaker and whisk vigorously at the end. Now just season to taste, pour over the salad and mix.
  3. The salad should now steep for at least 15-20 minutes.
