- 140 g peanut butter
- 100 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 200 ml cream
- 200 ml milk

- First stir the egg and sugar until foamy (a little longer than too short) and then mix in the peanut butter until it is a homogeneous mixture. Finally add the cream and milk and mix until everything is dissolved.
- If only cold ingredients have been used, the liquid can immediately be put in the ice cream machine for about 30 - 40 minutes.
