- 200 ml milk
- 50 grams sugar

- Beat the sugar with the egg in a blender until it becomes frothy and light. Then add the pistachio cream and stir into a mass. Finally add the cream and milk and continue beating with the mixer until everything has dissolved.
- If you have only used cold ingredients, the liquid can immediately be put in the ice cream machine for about 45 minutes.
